Yes, EDIH HPC4Poland's coverage is nationwide.

Do I need to meet you in person, or are you able to operate online?

We operate in person and online.

Do I need to sign a service contract?

Yes, a contract for the performance of services is necessary to receive funding and de minimis assistance.

There are several services on offer that interest me - do I have to choose only one?

Services are sold in packages consisting of at least 2 services.

How many services can I use?

The number of services is limited by the de minimis aid limit, which is EUR 300,000 for 3 years.

What is the form for information submitted by an entity applying for de minimis aid?

The form refers to information about the SME that is necessary to qualify the SME for de minimis aid.

How long does it take to implement the services?

Implementation time depends on the selected services.

What is a DMA?

It is a survey on the digital maturity of the enterprise, which the SME completes three times.

Do I have to participate in the DMA survey?

SMEs are required to complete the survey three times at different intervals:
- before the implementation of services
- one year after the implementation of the services
- two years after the implementation of the services
